The Scorpion Sports factory, where the Scorpion helmet is produced, is a state-of-the-art, 810,000 sq. ft. facility, with as many as 400 skilled technicians, each one committed to crafting the world's best motorcycle helmet.
Just about every procedure demanded to produce first-class helmets can be found in this one astonishing building. Fiberglass/Kevlar™ and polycarbonate shell molding, EPS liner fabricating, liner tailoring, water-decal production, clean-room paint booths, and the drying rooms are all contained in this one impressive facility.
The Scorpion helmet is masterminded by some of the planet's most in demand helmet designers, who, altogether, have over 178 years of experience in the industry.
In addition, Scorpion helmets are assembled, packaged, and shipped out of this same building.
